What is the correct method to pass along news in groups that we do not
wish to keep locally?  If there is no line in the active file for the
newsgroup, it gets junked.  If the line in the active file has a
trailing 'x', the group is not taken, nor is it passed on.  Have I
missed something somewhere?

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
