It's the "standard" cheescake recipee, courtesy of Mom. ----- All measures US standard units. 9 oz. cream cheese 3 eggs 1 pint sour cream 1 large pre-made grahm cracker crust 1 cup sugar + sugar to taste 1 teaspoon vanilla Preheat to 350 deg F. Soften cheese. Add ingredients (1 cup sugar) and beat until smooth. Pour into grahm crust. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 deg F. Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar to taste. Spread on top of cooked cream cheese mixture in crust. Bake 10 more minutes @ 350 deg F. Refrigerate until cold. ----- Serve with fruit or preserves.
