If the employer has to compete with other employers to employ these people (highly skilled/educated employees), then she (he) should d*mn well have to think differently.. . Thankfully, for me this is academic, since Denmark has maternity leave for both the mother and the father, so there ! [Note for the less educated: Denmark is small country in northern Europe.
