I am looking for an Expert Systems Shell which would be useful
for business and financial applications. I looked into GURU, and
saw an example where it was used to predict the weather, but I don't
think it allows for rule changes. I also saw an old paper on 
something called TEIRESIAS which was used for predicting which
stocks would be good buys, but the paper was dated 1981 and I'm not
sure if it is still available. I know almost nothing in this area,
so any help would be appreciated.
