 * There has been some discussion about how to retrieve the Ethernet
 * address of a Sun workstation.  Here is a program to do this.  Please
 * note that this program must be run as root or installed as a setuid
 * root executable since it must read /dev/nit.  This command also works
 * on Solbourne workstations.

 * With SunOS4.1 the -a option to the command "ifconfig" will also
 * print the Ethernet address (if it is run by root).
