Keywords: Day Light Savings, Spring Forward, Fall Back Message-ID: <12005@netcom.UUCP> Date: 15 Aug 90 04:12:31 GMT Organization: Dave McMahan @ NetCom Services Lines: 8 References: I have been asked to determine (if possible) when day light savings periods will take effect. I am looking for both the autumn date when it ceases to exist and the spring date when it goes into effect. I was under the impression that it occurs on the first weekend in April (at least in the US), but I don't know when the autumn restoration occurs. Does anybody know the formula used to determine these times? Am I correct about the spring date? -dave
