We have a problem with the orlon call of Oracles OCI interface. Trying to logon locally a second time after having tried a wrong userid or password results in error -3122 on version 5.1B on MS-DOS. The manuals explain this error should never occur and if so we should contact Oracle. This does not occur when we logon to a Oracler server on ISC unix 386/ix using the same program. The version there is 6.0. Now the question, is this a known bug of version 5.1B and if so, is it possible to get around or is it a more serious problem. Any information is welcome.
