Can someone tell me where I can find an ethernet test device that
can transmit packets out one ethernet interface and receive them
on a second interface and tell me the delay involved in getting
to the second interface.  We need such a device to measure the delay
through multiple twisted pair concentrators.  It would also be nice if
such a device could also load ethernet to it's maximum capacity.
