Aside: I think I actually saw an ad giving the 900-999-9999 number, and Our Moderator is correct, it was one of the "adult" services. The charges do indeed seem to be determined by the "exchange" digits, both from what is said on that recording, and from some of the rate schedule information that has been presented here in past months for 900 services from various companies.
