Subject: C-xC-c to something else?

This is a simple question for someone.....I'm still in the process of learning
GNUemacs......is there a way to redefine C-x C-c to quit?  If one telnet's from  
a VAX to an Apollo, the C-c is not being taken ... I think the telnet sections
disables C-c or something....so I want to define to something else.
