I just looked, and they have moved it to /pub/dos_graphics. make sure you
do NOT download frain14.exe (which is the MSC 6.0 version with known bugs)
but DO download frain14r.zip (the MSC 5.1 version without the bugs). The
source file is frasrc14.zip.
