I have managed to get gcc (1.37.1) running on it successfully by using the supplied alloca rather than the default system alloca. No such luck with g++ (1.37.0). I have successfully compiled g++, and it compiles libg++ but I get errors on the tests. After screwing around with it for numerous hours, I think the problem is related to the linker. The binaries it creates die immediately, apparently very early on. DBX won't load them unless stripped. Right now, I'm baffled. Anyone got this working??? Reply by mail if you think this is of limited interest. Thanks in advance. Jim Hudgens -- Disclaimer: I didn't do it. Read my MIPS, no new VAXES --G.
