Extensive documentation of the inner workings of the TPas 5.5 overlay
manager can be found in Borland's libraries on CompuServe (GO BORPRO or,
I believe, GO BPROGA). I don't have the files myself and don't know
their status regarding distribution on the net. However, I followed
message threads during some of their compilation, and I'm convinced that
they contain useful information.
