I did have a small problem with the MIPS flavor, that I thought I would pass along. There is a new compiler coming which fixes many-many-many bugs in the previous versions of cc. This new version however seems to have problems with the volatile modifier. I found that "undef"ing volatile in config.sh allowed the compiler to build. You can even use -O (or other -O deviants like -On (0 <= n <= 4)) and perl actually passes the tests. I have yet to find other problems with reguards to ULTRIX. I will try to see what it looks like under OSF/1 later tonight though... - Marc ======================================================================== ==== Marc Evans - WB1GRH - evans@decvax.DEC.COM | Synergytics (603)635-8876 Unix and X Software Contractor | 21 Hinds Ln, Pelham, NH 03076 ======================================================================== ====
