   I have been unable to find any mention of this, but is there a global
init file for elm?  We have around 30 users at our site who have no clue
how to work with computers, but need to have a working mail program.

   The turnaround on employees at our site is also high, so setting up a
.elmrc file for every new user is a pain.  Is it possible to have a global
init file that would be in effect for everyone?
