It was part of the original list from uiuc, before being moved to list.prime.com. Is there some reason why this request could not be mailed to tcp-isdn-request@list.prime.com? I haven't received anything from Lynx, but I have received several dozen requests from several different countries. (so it isn't completely broken) (perhaps a mailer that can't handle a host (List) that exists _only_ as an MX?)
