	REAL ESTATE SOFTWARE PROGRAM  -  Beta testers needed


	I am developing a real estate mortgage program which will
sell for around $100 when completed. I am currently looking for
beta testers for the program.

	If interested, the deal is this: For $25, you receive a
beta copy with the functions described below. When the program is
completed (around 12/1/90), you may upgrade to the completed program
for $15 (generating a 60% savings over list price).

	Current functionality is:

		simple interest calculations
		interest rate of a loan
		number of payments remaining
		present value of a loan
		periodic/annual interest of a loan
		payment amount of a loan
		future value of a lump sum deposit
		future value of periodic deposits
		amortization of a loan
		reverse amortization of a loan
		comparative amortization of several loans
		comparative reverse amortization of several loans
		yield of a mortgage bought at a discount
		yield of a mortgage bought at a discount with a final
				balloon payment
		price of a discount mortgage to get a specific yield
		price of a discount mortgage with a final balloon payment
				to get a specific yield


	The program works in a simple menu/screen format. It runs on
an IBM pc or clone and is distributed on 5-1/4 diskettes.

	Future features include the above functions working on
several different mortgage types, including:

	ARM's   - adjustable rate mortgages
	GPM's   - graduated payment mortgages
	GEM's   - growing equity mortgages
	RAM's   - reverse annuity mortgages
	PLAM's  - price level adjusted mortgages


	What I would like from the beta testers is for you to use the program
and write me with any comments/suggestions for improvements.
