ORName was designed to be "guessable", and certainly first name, last name, organization, and (perhaps implicitly) country are on any business card. For countries with more than one mail domain or sub-domains, or whatever, one should only need to add "EMail Domain: EDU.USA", for example, to an existing business card. Any decent user interface will probably prompt for the individual attributes, and they're all right there on the card (unique email spellings of organization might need to be added in parentheses on the business card, also, if different than the postal-mail form of the org's name).
