This will be done bye a two step procedure, first Novell will be backed up onto a PC workstation's local disk, and in step two workstation's disk will be backed up onto a Sun tape drive. I have the packet driver working, but I can not find any info on how to get sos_pkt working ( I have pcip_sos.arc but there is no reference to netcust, or NETDEV.SYS ). When I run sos_pkt I get an error message: Error: open failed for netcust Check for improper NETDEV.SYS installation When is do set netcust=junk, and create a blank file junk, the error message changes to: Error: customization of NETDEV.SYS required Thanks for your help, Peter pkc@scs.carleton.ca
