I have a question for DEPCA owners.  Do you have access DLL, either built-in,
or as a separate piece of software?  I couldn't get a straight answer out
of DEC as to whether it was on the ROM, or if it was on disk.  Obviously
if it's on the ROM, then everyone's got it.
