  It appears that the IBM PC NCSA Telnet doesn't support GIN mode properly 
  within it's tektronix emulation.  Is there any version of NCSA Telnet that 
  does support GIN mode?  

  Is NCSA planning to support GIN mode?  If not, what do other folks use?
