Does anybody know of any research that has been undertaken dealing with
the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis as applied to computer programming languages ?

Briefly stated, the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis is :

	   " Language shapes the way we think,
	     and determines what we can think about. "

If anyone knows of any papers/technical-reports/books in the general area
please let me know personally via e-mail. I'll post a summary of responses.
