Could anyone please inform me of a software package called SPOKANE.

I or my co-workers have never heard of them. If anyone can give me
information I would appreciate it . I have a feeling that this a startup co.
still in the process of working the bugs out of there source code.
I am curious as to what language the code is using and if this package
mixes well with the VMS operating system.
