On my version, all I needed to do was edit the $Log line in the headers of the manpages and change perl.man.[14] to perl_man.[14]. All patches (19-28) ran without any errors. A previous posting about a missing parenthesis in patch 22 is corrected in patch 28. Manual intervention to fix this will cause an error when applying patch #28.
