sps was sooo nice under SunOS 4.0.3, but now something in the streams
stuff has changed. Rather than reinvent the wheel, is there already a
new official release of sps for SunOS 4.1?

Mail and I will summarize if necessary. Heck, if demand is high, I'll
stick it in uop's anon-ftp directory.
