I am looking for public domain or commerical software packages which provide
an integrated set of user interface development tools for vt100 terminal types.

the dream package would be a library of C routines that would do windowing,
menus, dialog/editing boxes, and could display multiscreen text files nicely.

i'm not looking to put the macintosh on a vt100!...just want a nice, integrated
package of user interface management routines so that we don't have to write
them ourselves.

if anyone knows of such a wonderous product, please let me know. i'd really
appreciate any information you have.  thanks!
