It might only be a 386SX, but it'll run 386 programs and is still faster than a 2286 AT bridge board. The 2088/SOTA combination is even cheaper than my 2286 (sob - but that's the price I pay for being the first on my block :-). Best of all, it's available off the shelf right now.
