It would be strange to talk of QRT "ported" to the Amiga. It is native to the Amiga, and was ported to everything else it runs on. However, the main rendering engine is machine independent, baring compiler glitches, so "porting" involves simply re-compiling the renderer on the destination machine. For the record, QRT is not PD. It is, however, "freely distributable". There is a difference in that I retain the copyright, so that I can prevent QRT from being sold for profit. The most recent (and probably last ever) version is 1.5. - steve
