I just called INFO today.  Apparently they've spent the last 2 weeks
moving to a new facilty or something.  The woman on the phone reminded
me that although the issue with the A3000 on the front says July, it
is actually the July/August issue, which is mentioned inside.  She
said the September issue should be mailed out in about two weeks.
We'll see!
