It was a resolution switcher that allowed the user to switch from non- interlace to interlace and back again by simply double clicking on its icon... The Icon looked like an AMIGA 1080 monitor and had '640x400' on its screen (I think)... Anyhow I miss this little bugger so I would appreciate it if someone who recognizes this can tell me which fish disk or Amicus or wherever It can be found...
