I've been given an address for a site that has PDC 3.34 for  ftp,
but  the  address is in a form that I can't use.  I think it is a
telnet address or something like that.  The  address  I  have  is
128.175.5.59.   Can  anyone tell me what the internet address is?
I'd like to be able to get the archives through  bitftp  since  I
don't have ftp access here.
