The problem seems to be in the mechanical connections with the memory board, 'cause if I pull the memory-board out, things are okay. I doubt it's heat-related, because I can cause it/fix it just by rotating the A2000 box 90-deg. Keeping my machine horizontal isn't a big deal, but I'm curious if this is known behavior. 2) More annoying, the keyboard stutters from time to time, i.e. I'll hit a key and it will repeat a laaaaaaaaaaaarge number of times. This seems to happen mostly in string/integer gadgets, 'tho I've seen it happen with the CLI a couple times. This also happens only when the '030 is enabled. Is there some compatibility problem with 4.2 motherboards and GVP '030's ? Or maybe it's a 1.2 bug that's exacerbated by a fast CPU ? Anyone else run into it (and fixed it) ? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks, Art Baker Who needs a disclaimer; I've got plausible deniability.
