	I'd like to compile a program I got, but I don't have one of the
include files. I need the include file 'libraries/ArpBase.i' (and possibly
one library as well). Could somebody send it to me please? Or tell me where
I can get it? If it matters, I will be compiling with Lattice v5.05.
