With our DSP90, I press the two grey buttons (SHUTDOWN and 
SERVICE, I believe) and hold them for 10 seconds. After the
four LEDs flash, I press and hold the two red RESET buttons
to reboot. We too are missing the DSP90 book. Hope this helps.
