  We have two crc 313 monitors that died.  The symptoms are the 3 amp slow blow
 fuse blew and when it was replaced, the monitor didn't work.  Schematics would
 be very helpful or if this can be fixed by replacing a certain part please let
 me know.  Thanks in advance.
