Two good terminal programs that I know of and meet your specification
are CBterm6.7 and Novaterm9.0.
CBterm6.7 support both punter and xmodem and partial VT52
Novaterm9.0 support punter, xmodem and ymodem and support VT52 and VT100
(but to get VT100 module you need to contact the author).             
 
The novaterm9.0 can be gotten from Milton FTP-site.
For CBterm6.7, send me an e-mail.
 
 
By the way, does anyone know if it is okay to put CBterm6.7 in an
FTP site?
