Okay. I finally decided to called Oregon to get the real story on the promo
rumour. I spoke with one of the Promotion Manager and here's the deal:
  o there *is* a promotion
  o it will run from August 15 to October 15
  o it applies to the 28s and the 48sx
  o there's a $25 rebate for the 28s
  o there's a free Equation Library for the 48sx
  o in both case, there's a coupon that's enclosed with the calculator. send
    that in along with the proof of purchase. in 4-6 weeks, you'll have your
    goody.
