I have a ROM A machine and wrote to the address on the backside of the title page of the Owner's Manual Volume 1. That address is: Corvallis Division 1000 N.E. Circle Blvd. Corvallis, OR 97330 I had included the serial number of my calculator and my phone number. In about two weeks HP called me and sent a letter confirming that my calculator was put on a list to be upgraded, probably in early '91. The only cost to me will be postage to HP. I'm sure there is a phone number that could also be used but I don't know it. I hope this helped .
