Apologia:
I'm not sure which group this belongs to (does .sys. mean ONLY systems, and
not peripherals?  Aren't most Laserjets connected to PCs?), so I've decided
to post to the above two (c.s.hp, and c.s.i.pc).

Desiderata:
I'd like to find out what problems people have found with the Laserjet III.
I'd especially like to hear from people who are using one routinely.  What
features do you find are lacking, and/or what did you expect but didn't get?

If someone at HP can give me a synopsis of reported problems (or even a copy
of any problem reports that are sent to dealers), I'd be much obliged.  Any
such information will be kept in the strictest confidence (I'm not writing
for a glossy!).

A friend is planning on purchasing one for his (very) small business, and
doesn't want to spend a couple of grand (Canadian) for something HP is going
to replace next year due to problems.
