Hello All,
  We have several performence problems when running our programs
  under HP-UX 7.0 , but those problems seems to disappear when used
  under HP-UX 6.2. We suspect several sources:
  1. starting in 6.5 a graphic daemon "grmd" is started when a starbase
     program is running. Does it slow programs ? especiallly when two programs
     share the screen .
  2. We read the mouse position directly thru the HIL driver - was it slowed
     down ?
  3. The program is actualy composed of several processes using messages
      Was the IPC package slowed down ?

I would appreciate any response as the local HP support doesn't know the
anwers...
