I believe that the problem lies in the fact that QB 4 passes real values in an IEEE format, while the driver expects it to be in Microsoft Binary Format. While this can be gotten around with difficulty by using a BASIC conversion routine, a more elegant solution would be to rewrite the driver program to suit. What I would like to know is, has anyone confronted this problem before, and if so, does anyone have a modified version of the driver routine? Any hints or suggestions emailed to the address below would be greatly appreciated.
