If you want to purchase your own chips, you'll need 4 64Kx4 100ns DRAMS (they go in the 18-pin sockets) and 2 64Kx1 100ns DRAMS. The 64Kx4 chips should cost you about $4 apiece (mailorder) and the 64Kx1 chips should be about $3. You'll need to remove the jumper at E8-E9 and place it on E10-E11.
