FPO ==> Fleet Post Office; An office that routes mail for US Navy units. For security reasons, ALL ships mail goes to an FPO. PAL ==> Parcel Airlift; Normally parcels go overseas via ship with a delivery time of 30-45 days. Sending a small parcel via PAL ensures that the Parcel goes via Air instead of ship.
