I am looking for a set of routines which do basic single-precesion
floating point math.  Minimally, I need addition, subtraction,
multiply, "integer-to-real" and "real-to-interger" conversion.
Although IEEE math would be nice, as long as the routines are
self-consistent, I don't care what the format is.
