We called Paragon Concepts Inc. yesterday to order an upgrade to Nisus
3.0. We learned that Paragon will not accept a Purchase Order from the
University of California unless "it has a check attached", which is
not what a purchase order is.

I guess that Nisus is targeted at the home user. But in that case,
they really should send out upgrade notices - I learned about the
release of Nisus 3.0 from MacWeek, which is not received by all home
users.
