Paragon does accept PO's from educational institutions as well as any one
else. It is not unusual for a company to ask for the check to be attached
to a PO when the amount is so small. This is because it is a lot
more efficient for everyone involved to cut a check when the PO is written
up. I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding here, please give Paragon
a call back.

Nisus is targeted to everyone who sees the value in a high quality product.
Version 3 was announced only one week ago at the MacWorld show in Boston. All
registered users of Nisus will be sent upgrade notices sometime within the
next week. It does not make sense to inform users of an upgrade to a product
until the product is ready to ship, that is why Paragon has waited until now
to send them out.
