I'll  put in  a vote for Neenah Bond 25% Cotton Fiber White Cockle Finish
#02700 (Sub 20 Basis 10M M Weight).  My boss stumbled on it by accident
for his DeskJet. I believe it's make by Kimberly Clark Corp of
Neehah, WI 54956. From our experience it bleeds so little that you can
distinguish every dot.
