Can anyone tell me (or send me a copy of) where I can get the HyperQuiz
stack described in the "HyperTalk Programming" book by Dan Shafer. 

I have tried the British University Public Domain archive at Lancaster
University and the Stanford bulletin board in the states.  

The book says you can get it from CompuServe but I do not have access to
this.

Can anyone help?
