What UNIX command do you use to decode a .hqx file?  In other words, say
you have a Mac .hqx file on your UNIX server and want to unwrap it to look
at it under UNIX.  What command should you use to un-.hqx it?  Never mind that
it won't execute...I'm interested in text files that have been .hqx-ed.
