I am looking for an X11R4 library or function(s) that will take a PICT and
draw it on the screen.  I know that I could convert the PICT to a bitmap
and then create a Pixmap from the data, but these PICTs are transfered
across a slow-speed connection, therefore I want to keep them in their
compact form.  In other words, I am looking for an X11R4 implementation
of DrawPicture ().  Public domain, shareware, or commercial are all
acceptable.
